*Electricity for Security lights and entrance
*Lawn service for front entrance and common areas
*Insurance for playground, front entrance and common areas
Pool Membership- First time Pool Membership $275. (Renewals $250)
*$50.00 general membership
*Insurance
*State license
*Pool usage for family and 3 guest
*Pool upkeep including maintenance, furniture, chemicals, supplies, etc.
*Water and electricity usage
